What to expect
First Session. We will get to know each other and see if there is a good fit. We will discuss how working together will look and handle logistics.
Length & Frequency. Standard sessions are weekly for 50 minutes for individuals and either 60 or 75 minutes for couples.
payment
Session Fee. The session fee is $145-190 depending on session length. I accept payment in cash, check, or credit.
Sliding Scale. Making psychotherapy accessible is important to me. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those with a limited or fixed income.
Insurance. I am not a provider for any insurance plans. If your insurance plan includes reimbursement for out-of-network providers, I can provide a monthly statement (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.
planning
Location. I am located at 95 N Marengo, Suite 200, situated on the corner of Holly & Marengo. The building is wheelchair accessible.
Parking. There is metered street parking on Holly, Marengo, and surrounding streets. There is a parking structure at the opposite end of the block on the corner of Holly & Arroyo.
Arrival. Enter the courtyard from Holly. Take the elevator to floor 2B and turn left to find Suite 200. Flip the light switch on the wall labeled “Jen Lum” to signal your arrival.
